Generator is seeking an Operations Manager to join the senior management team in Venice. You will lead day-to-day operations, shape a vibrant team culture, and ensure brand standards and guest experiences are exceptional.
You will support the GM across departments, drive revenue through events and initiatives, and help manage the budgeted P&L; while safeguarding compliance and HR practices. This role is based in Venice and requires EU work eligibility.
