Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role you will own the full product development lifecycle for the Leather Goods line, acting as the bridge between Design, Merchandising and technical teams. You will safeguard creative and commercial alignment while following the seasonal calendar and driving quality improvements. You will collaborate with internal ateliers and external suppliers to translate concepts into production-ready prototypes, ensuring timely delivery and cost clarity. This is a strategic, hands‑on position in a fast‑paced luxury environment with a strong focus on cross‑functional coordination and craftsmanship.
Product development & technical coordination across Design, pattern making, prototyping, materials research, costing, engineering and industrialization
Translate design sketches into technical specifications and BOMs




Oversee prototyping and sample creation with internal atelier and external suppliers
Manage PLM data entry, technical sheets and material pairings
Ensure development calendar deadlines and material availability are met
Prepare product reviews and act as main liaison for Design, Marketing and Operations
Minimum 6 years of experience in product development in luxury leather goods
Excellent command of English; French is a plus
Proficiency in Centric PLM and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)
Ability to adapt language for creative vs technical teams
Strong organizational skills and calendar discipline
Resilience and flexibility for last‑
