How You Will Make a DifferenceAs a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across a portfolio of wholesale accounts while strengthening Altra's presence within the running and outdoor community. You will serve as the primary commercial contact for your territory, building strategic partnerships with retailers, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring outstanding brand execution both in‑store and locally.
- Managing and growing wholesale accounts across Central & Southern Italy.
- Building strong relationships with retailers and key decision‑makers.
- Delivering seasonal and annual sales targets in line with Country and EMEA strategy.
- Executing the seasonal Go‑To‑Market process, ensuring strong sell‑in and sell‑through.
- Identifying new business opportunities and driving profitable account growth.
- Ensuring excellent brand visibility, merchandising and in‑store execution.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
- Supporting local marketing activations, retail events, races, demo days and community initiatives.
- Delivering product and brand training to retail staff and partners.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, strengthening Altra’s presence within the running and outdoor community.
Skills for Success
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development or a similar commercial role.
- Experience within the running, outdoor, sporting goods, footwear or performance apparel industry is highly preferred.
