MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist who is proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about building relationships through effective communication. In this role, you will directly contribute to pipeline growth by supporting demand generation and lead qualification activities, with a concrete impact on business opportunities and revenue development. by managing qualification calls, campaign follow ups, customer invitations, and engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships and identify business opportunities.
YOUR JOB – What would be your responsibilities?
- Conduct qualification calls to assess customer needs, interests, and business potential
- Perform follow-up and recall activities related to marketing and commercial campaigns
- Contact customers and prospects to promote events, webinars, workshops, and company initiatives
- Manage invitation campaigns and attendance confirmations for corporate events and marketing activities
- Manage and work on contact lists generated from digital marketing campaigns (inbound and outbound leads)




- Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system
- Collect and record relevant customer feedback and market insights
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives through proactive communication
- Monitor telemarketing activities and prepare regular reports on outcomes and key metrics
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions
- Contribute to the achievement of campaign and business objectives

YOUR PROFILE – Qualifications
- High school diploma, ITS qualification, or higher education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or customer engagement activities is preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening skills and abil
