In this role you lead first‑time deployments of advanced automation across Amazon’s fulfillment network, turning complex technologies into scalable, repeatable solutions. You will own deployment execution from planning to go‑live, coordinating cross‑functional teams, vendors, and site teams. You’ll transform initial deployment challenges into streamlined procedures, enabling rapid global rollouts. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced opportunity to shape robotics integration at scale while collaborating across Europe and beyond.

Responsabilità

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related STEM field
- 3+ years leading automation deployment projects from planning through commissioning
- Hands‑on experience with robotics, material handling systems, or warehouse automation technologies
- Proven track record creating technical documentation for field teams
- Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional coordination abilities
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience troubleshooting complex technical systems on‑site
