You will shape and scale ING Italy’s owned media for Business Banking, driving growth through strategy and hands‑on execution across email, in‑app, and lifecycle touchpoints. You’ll align with data, UX, branding, and product teams to integrate owned media into the customer journey, delivering measurable commercial impact. The role combines strategic thinking with experimentation, personalization, and performance optimization in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment. This is a chance to lead a data‑driven owned media engine that accelerates digital sales in Italy.

- Define and scale the full‑funnel owned media strategy across email, in‑app placements, inbox/push messaging and other lifecycle touchpoints
- Design and optimize always‑on customer journeys and tactical campaign flows
- Translate customer signals into smarter segments, triggers, propositions and communication flows to boost relevance and conversion
- Own the experimentation roadmap across content, audiences, placements and journey setup with measurable impact
- Monitor performance and translate insights into actionable improvements and dashboards




- Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver owned media executions with speed, quality and governance

Responsabilità

- 2–5 years of experience in CRM, owned media, lifecycle marketing, digital sales or performance marketing
- Hands‑on experience with owned channels (email, in‑app, push/inbox, landing pages, lifecycle communication)
- Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actions
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, testing and performance optimization
- Affinity with automation and AI‑driven optimization in marketing
- Up to date with trends in CRM and lifecycle marketing
- Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and decisive
- Comfortable in a corporate setting with startup speed
- Challenger mindset and ability to remove blockers
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in digital marketing, business, communication or related fields
- Fluent in English and Italian
