As Mid-Market Account Executive in Milan, you will drive Alma’s growth in Italy by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding our local footprint. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop strategic plans, negotiate deals, and grow revenue while promoting responsible BNPL solutions. This role combines market insight, partnerships, and data-driven selling to scale a leading European fintech. You’ll join a fast-growing team shaping seamless payments for merchants and consumers.
Market Analysis & Strategy: research growth areas, craft strategic plans, assess risks and opportunities
Sales & Revenue Growth: generate leads, manage pipeline, close deals to meet revenue targets
Partnerships & Networking: form strategic alliances, attend events to broaden market presence
Reporting & Performance Tracking:



provide sales and market performance updates and optimise strategies
minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in fast-growing tech or SaaS
native Italian speaker and fluent English
excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
strategic thinking with tactical execution
strong understanding of European market dynamics, especially Italy
