The Long-Term Service Agreements are a cornerstone of the Baker Hughes strategy to provide a mutually beneficial superior Customer service ensuring stable and profitable business growth. The Customer Application Engineer is a key role in the Commercial Service organization being responsible for defining, preparing, and managing the technical portion of the LTSAs proposals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze technical specifications from Customers, defining and preparing the service Scope of Work, ensuring accurate cost control, and managing technical risks.




- Estimate OPEX costs for existing and new technologies, collaborate with commercial and sales teams to optimize proposals, and support negotiations with customers on technical aspects.
- Work closely with the regional commercial team as a key partner in the strategy development to create the most competitive and winning proposal.

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field from an accredited college or university
- 0-4 years of industry experience in a role as Project Engineer, Design Engineer, Application Engineer or Project Manager
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Traveling with short notice

Desired:
- Master’s degree in engineering with focus on turbo-machinery from an accredited college or university
- Specific O&G; market knowledge and experience is strongly recommended
- Good knowledge of rotating machineries, particularly of Gas Turbines
