MRTW Production Quality Supervisor (central Italy)

In this role, you will act as the Italian reference for MRTW Production Quality teams, ensuring alignment with PAP and métier quality standards across supplier sites. You will support industrialization and monitor manufacturing sites to drive quality indicators and action plans. You help safeguard product style integrity and delivery timelines while assisting France-based teams with issue management and repairs. You will travel frequently to Central Italy plants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality excellence.

- Support industrialization of products in line with quality criteria
- Monitor Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturers to ensure quality level and drive action plans
- Identify and implement quality-specific action plans while preserving style integrity and timelines
- Assist in evaluating and quantifying production incidents for France-based issue management
- Validate deviations from standards under supervision of French Manufacturing teams




- Support management of non-quality returns and related repair activities
- Provide technical guidance and validate repair compliance during returns and repairs
- Lead product inspections at partner sites
- Regularly report progress and monitor quality performance indicators
- Assess supplier capabilities against quality control requirements and support continuous improvement
- Technical background
- Significant experience in quality control in RTW
- Experience in problem solving and PAP luxury quality requirements
- Fluency in Italian and French or English
- Strong ability to share knowledge with stakeholders
- Autonomy and responsiveness
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to work across multiple sites and with diverse stakeholders
