In this role you drive sales growth and market share for Abbott Diabetes Care in Italy. You will develop and execute plans to grow ADC business, maintain key customer relationships, and collaborate with distributors on pharmacy projects. You’ll stay informed on ADC products and competitive positioning while ensuring compliance with quality systems. With experience in glucose monitoring, you support the team in a fast-moving healthcare market and contribute to the region’s sales objectives.

- Develop and implement sales plans to grow ADC business
- Maintain regular customer visits and relationships
- Collaborate with distributors and their agents on pharmacy-focused projects
- Monitor internal and competitive products and positioning
- Provide weekly customer visit reports




- Communicate information professionally and accurately
- Apply knowledge of glucose monitoring market
- Ensure activities comply with quality system requirements
- Knowledge of ADC products, applications, and competitors
- Understanding of ADC procedures, policies, and code of business conduct
- Elementary English knowledge
- Ability to operate standard software packages
- Experience in selling and strategy development
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with glucose monitoring market
