You will work with hospital leadership and clinicians to analyze data, map patient pathways, and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and outcomes. You will drive multiple engagements using structured problem-solving, healthcare analytics, and AI-enabled approaches, delivering actionable recommendations and measurable impact. Master's degree in a relevant field

Minimum 3 years of healthcare consulting experience

Experience working with hospital leadership and clinical stakeholders

Experience analyzing healthcare data and translating findings into recommendations

Experience preparing executive-level presentations for senior stakeholders

Professional proficiency in Italian and English
