At KWS Vegetables Italy, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Trial Development Specialist to join our team in the Lazio/Campania area. This is a full-time, unlimited contract position with a hybrid work mode, offering the opportunity to contribute to innovative agricultural solutions in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Your responsibilities
- Conducting product performance trials to assess the added value of new varieties.
- Collecting, analyzing, and reporting quantitative and qualitative trial data.
- Supporting the Product Development Manager with data-driven proposals for PLC advancement.
- Independently managing and executing field trials in your territory, in coordination with distributors, agents, and the crop trial plan.
- Designing trial plans and protocols, ensuring high-quality execution and data completeness.
- Using tools like Mercado for data analysis and reporting.
- Collaborating with sales, breeding, and product management teams to gather market insights.
- Providing expert product information and cultivation advice.




- Preparing elevation meetings and contributing to successful product introductions.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy or Horticulture (minimum requirement).
- Experience in the vegetable seed industry is preferred.
- Solid background in product development and trial evaluation.
- Fluent in English and Italian mandatory (spoken and written).
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- A proactive team player with excellent communication abilities.
- Self-organized and result-oriented.
