Job Title: Junior Data Analyst - Chinese Speaker (Curricular Intern)

Job Location: Milan (Italy)

Main Responsibilities

- Strategic Market Analysis: Monitor Telco industry trends (5G, Fiber, Cloud) to identify growth opportunities and support long-term sales strategies for Key Accounts.
- Sales Data Analysis: Work closely with Sales Management to perform data analysis, statistical monitoring, and performance summaries (including Project Pipeline/PPL, Purchase Orders/PO, Deal Registrations/DR, and market share) segmented by:
- Industry: ISP, Government, Education, Healthcare, Finance, Retail, etc.
- Product Line: Storage, IP Datacom, and Optical.
- Partner: Strategic channels and local accounts.

- Sales Project Management: Help oversee the project lifecycle from initial scoping to contract execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- KPI Tracking: Assist in monitoring business results, including sales orders, revenue targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

- Current student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Management Engineering or a related technical field. The graduation date should ideally be approximately 6 months from the internship start date.
- The internship must be curricular (tirocinio curriculare) , meaning it must be a mandatory or recognized part of the applicant's university study plan (percorso formativo) either for university credits (CFU) or for master's/bachelor's thesis preparation (preparazione tesi).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to solve problems, make decisions,



and manage tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to work in an international business environment, demonstrating excellent collaboration skills and cultural awareness.
- Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian and Chinese .
