What You’ll Do
Own outbound pipeline

: High-volume phone, e
mail & LinkedIn outreach using AI tools + self-sourced leads
Qualify opportunities to successful leads

: Maintain CRM accuracy and strict qualification standards




Collaborate cross-functionally

What You Bring
2–4 years in outbound BDR/SDR or business development
Strong BD mentality with proven pipeline generation
Professional Working Proficiency in Italian + English

Based in-market with right to work
