As Product Manager Aftermarket you drive the development and execution of aftermarket product strategies and pricing to grow revenue and profitability. You will manage product life cycles, portfolio strategy, and launches across multiple plants and markets, collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Your work will shape market position through competitive analysis, promotions, and data‑driven decisions. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute aftermarket product line strategies, roadmaps, and promotions
Drive profitability, revenue, margin, and cost‑out initiatives for assigned products
Analyze sales, monitor performance against Profit Plan and forecasts
Lead lifecycle management, portfolio optimization, and market share goals
Manage cross‑functional launches and promotional activities with stakeholders
Coordinate with production and global strategy to support growth and pricing
Lead competitive assessments, pricing updates, and product data accuracy
Create marketing collateral and support online/digital presence for product lines
Represent the market at aftermarket shows and drive growth opportunities
Deliver comprehensive project plans with cross‑functional teams and governance
Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher in marketing, business, or engineering
5 years' experience in sales/marketing/aftermarket initiatives, product xlwpduy management or program management
Fluent in English
Experience in marketing and sales / aftermarket
Knowledge of transmissions, clutch, torque, engine parts, hydraulics (nice to have)
Experience in automotive or electrical industries
Strong Microsoft Office skills; PMP/PMI certification considered a plus
Results‑oriented, adaptable, and collaborative with strong communi
