Product Manager – Lifting systems (Ref. 32/26)
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and management of the company’s lifting systems product line.
The role involves close collaboration with the R&D;, Engineering, Production, Marketing and Sales teams to drive product evolution and ensure long-term market competitiveness.
Key responsibilities
Define and implement the product line strategy in alignment with the Commercial Director, identifying growth opportunities and new business areas.
Work closely with the R&D; and Engineering teams to define new product features, improve existing products and support the development of new solutions.
Monitor market trends,
competitor activities and technological developments to anticipate evolution.
Attend international trade fairs, events and customer visits, promoting product knowledge and technical expertise.
Gather requirements from customers, sales teams and business partners, translating market needs into product specifications and development opportunities.
Monitor product performance through market analysis and dedicated KPIs.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a technical degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in the mechanical, electrical, mechatronic fields or related ones.
They have previous experience as a Product Manager, Project Manager or in a technical-commercial role within the lifting industry.
A solid understanding of the electromagnetic lifting market or industrial lifting systems is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in closely related sectors, such as machine tools or indu
