In this role, you will conduct insurance-focused audits across life, non-life, pension, and reinsurance, coordinating head office and cross-country reviews. You’ll ensure compliance with internal audit methodology and external regulations, while supporting documentation and reporting for management. You’ll lead risk assessments and design risk-based audit programs, and contribute to data analytics testing. Perform insurance business audits (Life, Non-Life, Pension, Reinsurance, Distribution) including Head Office and cross-country audits
Ensure compliance with internal audit methodology, risk management, and external requirements (Italian/European)
Support in preparing documentation for business-as-usual activities (audit reports, quarterly and ad hoc reporting)
Carry out risk assessments and develop risk-based audit programs
Contribute to data analytics analyses and testing
Collaborate with Audit Manager/Head of Function to deliver high-quality audit outcomes
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Actuarial
4–5 years of hands‑on experience in internal or external xysqume audit or relevant insurance functions
Experience/knowledge of Insurance business processes across life, health, P&C; and reinsurance
Experience/knowledge of EU IDD/POG regulations
Ability to evaluate internal controls, perform risk assessments, and execute audits
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
Proficient computer skills with MS Office; familiarity with data analytics
