This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities:

- The Digital Collaboration & Microsoft 365 Lead is the service owner and strategic authority for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem within ABB Robotics.




- The role is primarily accountable for the reliability, integration, governance, and evolution of core M365 services including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and related productivity capabilities, ensuring they operate as a coherent, secure, and business‐enabling platform.
- Oversees adjacent collaboration and communication services such as unified communications, telephony, conferencing, identity integration, and user adoption initiatives.
- Ensures alignment to the M365 roadmap, enterprise standards, and continuous improvement to support productivity, collaboration, and user experience across the organization.
- Owns enterprise voice, video, conferencing, and Microsoft Teams telephony services and manages fixed/mobile telephony integrations to ensure consistent communication experiences.
- Governs Exchange Online/Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, and enterprise social/collaboration tools like Viva Engage, maintaining standardization and security.
- Acts as service owner for the full M365 ecosystem, managing policies, feature adoption, and service integrations.
- Coordinates collaboration services with AD/Entra ID ensuring proper access models and lifecycle integration.
- Drives user adoption, training,



and communication for new collaboration capabilities; champions continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintains secure, compliant collaboration environments; identifies gaps and recommends platform improvements.

Qualifications for the role:

- 5–7 years of experience in Collaboration, Unified Communications, or Microsoft 365 roles within complex enterprise environments.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and M365 governance and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with telephony and conferencing technologies such as Teams Phone and fixed/mobile telephony integrations.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, coordinating across teams, business units, and external providers.
- Experience in large global organizations with distributed teams, standardized platforms, and enterprise governance.
