As HR Business Partner for Group Operations, you will partner with business leaders to translate HR strategy into practices across multiple countries. - Support implementation of HR strategies across functions
- Coordinate HR teams across countries and plants to ensure consistent execution
- Monitor HR metrics, workforce trends, and labor costs; support headcount planning and budgeting
- Coordinate performance management,



talent reviews, salary reviews, and succession planning
- Support recruiting activities and internal mobility
- Ensure accuracy of employee data and compliance with policies
- Maintain timely HR documentation and governance across the organization
- Bachelor in Economics, Law, Business Administration, Human Resources or related xysqume fields (education requirement)
- Approximately 8 years of HR Business Partner experience in structured, international organizations
- Experience supporting multi-country environments and managing global stakeholders
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
