In this role you will support the Business Resilience & Digital Risk practice in Rome, helping clients strengthen cyber security, business continuity, and digital risk management. You will shape strategies, roadmaps, and risk frameworks, and work with data-driven tools to monitor and manage risks. The role offers exposure to innovative solutions and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on meaningful impact for industrial and financial clients. - Define strategies, roadmaps, and benchmarks for Cyber Security and Business Resilience aligned with standards (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
- Conduct Risk Assessment and Risk Quantification using data tools (Power Query) and automated reporting (Power BI).




- Assess and implement Business Continuity Management systems and drive continuous improvement.
- Perform Business Impact Analyses and develop continuity plans.
- Create risk indicators and dashboards (KRI, KCI, KPI) for ongoing monitoring.
- Develop tools to support Top Management decisions (AI, Power Automate, Python).
- Analyze megatrends to anticipate future impacts and shape scenarios.
- Develop Crisis Management solutions and support regulatory adoption (DORA, NIS2, CER).
- Manage AI-related risk and collaborate with other practices for integrated client solutions. xysqume
- Lead delivery and evolve the value proposition for the practice.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or Mathematics
- Proven experience in Risk Management
- Excellent command of Microsoft 365
- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and coaching mindset
- Good commercial and business development skills
- Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CBCM, CISA, ISO27001, ISO22301) are a plus
