You will join our IT eCommerce team, supporting digital transformation and platform optimization projects in an international context.

Responsibilities
Gather and document requirements for eCommerce platform enhancements and new features
Write and refine user stories and epics for development teams
Prepare configuration guidelines for eCommerce solutions
Support development and testing phases, ensuring requirements are met
Collaborate with business partners and IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
Identify gaps in existing eCommerce functionalities and propose improvements
Ensure security and compliance requirements are considered in solution design
Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams
Qualifications
5‑7 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT eCommerce projects
Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process improvement for eCommerce platforms
Experience with configuration guidelines and supporting development/testing phases
Experience in digital transformation or platform optimization projects
Experience with technical teams and understanding of IT landscape
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
English and Italian fluent
