In this role you contribute to ING’s Global Research and Milan-based team by producing macro forecasts and scenario analyses for the bank and its Italian clients. You’ll craft concise notes and in-depth reports, and present views to colleagues and clients, including media. You work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate complex economics into actionable insights, shaping bank strategy and client guidance. - Deliver results within tight deadlines and demanding timelines
- Contribute creative and proactive problem-solving to support business objectives
- At least 2 years of experience in economic research
- University degree in economics (Laurea Magistrale, xysqume Master, PhD)
- Perfect Italian (speaking and writing) and fluent English
- Strong computer skills with MS Office, data analysis, charts, and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player who can also work autonomously
