- Define and lead the global EHS strategy, ensuring compliance, consistency and alignment across all international operations;

- Provide functional leadership to the global HSE network, coordinating site EHS teams worldwide and driving standardisation, governance and best practice sharing;

- Monitor EHS performance through KPIs, analyse trends and report insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team;

- Lead global environmental and sustainability initiatives, including the environmental component of ESG reporting;

- Partner with Business Unit leaders to implement EHS programmes, safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives;

- Promote a strong safety culture and zero‑harm mindset across all levels of the organisation;

- Oversee global EHS training programmes to ensure effectiveness and compliance;





- Manage the EHS budget and drive efficient allocation of resources;

- Standardise and optimise EHS systems, tools and processes across all sites.

The attitude and the skills we are looking for:

- Proven experience in a senior HSE leadership role within a global industrial environment;

- Strong leadership and influencing skills in complex, matrix organisations;

- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate international and geographically dispersed teams;

- Solid track record in improving EHS performance and reducing risk;

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;

- In‑depth knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards;

- Relevant university degree and EHS certifications;

- Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish is considered a plus;

- Availability for frequent international travel. xysqume
