In the role of Coating Planner, you will report to the Coating Planning Manager Roll EU, and you will have the chance to acquire specific and hands‑on knowledge on manufacturing and supply chain processes.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams such as Order Fulfilment, Production, Maintenance, Quality, IT, and Commercial for daily activities in a challenging and international environment, and will also get exposure to the Plants Directors and Operation Director for discussion of key results of the activities.
Responsibilities
Plan coating machines to ensure the right availability in line with the planning policies and the expected service level for our internal and external clients.
Collaborate constantly with Operational Buyers to ensure a schedule aligned with the availability of raw material.
Guarantee stock at the target level, in line with company policies, interacting constantly with internal functions to ensure compliance.
Identify and analyze potential production constraints and opportunities for capacity improvement to meet medium‑long‑term demand.




Monitor and implement performance KPIs in line with company standards.
Interact with Order Fulfilment team, Sales and Customer Service for order confirmation with a customer‑centric approach.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sector (considered a plus).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent relational skills and ability to collaborate with different functions.
Proactive, driven, communicative, able to influence, high energy and sense of responsibility.
Capability to manage stress and workload.
Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel.
Result orientation, pragmatism, and customer‑centric approach.
Proficiency in Italian and English; Spanish considered a plus.
