We are currently hiring for a Senior Sales Executive to join our growing and successful team
This is a Rome‑based role with a very strong focus on Central Government accounts, including defence, military and police organisations. We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to navigate this space in Italy, including working with frameworks such as CONSIP.




You will step into a role with an existing pipeline already in place (generated for you to build on), while also owning the full new business motion across your territory.
What you'll be doing
- Owning and growing a public sector territory focused on Central Government in Italy
- Driving new business in a 100% channel‑led model
- Engaging senior stakeholders across defence, military, police and wider government bodies
- Building and closing a strong pipeline, leveraging an existing base of opportunities
- Working closely with partners to structure and land complex deals
- Positioning One Identity in a highly competitive cybersecurity market

What we're looking for
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales (ideally 7+ years)
- Strong exposure to Italian public sector, particularly Central Government
- Experience in defence / military accounts is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CONSIP and public sector procurement processes
