The Go-To-Market ("GTM") Manager role is a pivotal one within the Sales & Account Management ("SAM") organization. GTM ensures FX Sales and Post Sales teams, as well as other functions such as Account Management and Customer Consulting, are fully equipped to carry out their roles, and that goals and business priorities are translated into focused execution. This role is specifically aligned to FX Trading community.
In this role you will report to the GTM Global Director for FX. You will support our growth and retention targets in FX, working with key functions across the organization.
Main Priorities:
- Partner with the sales and customer success teams and with business owners to support definition and ensure execution of sales & retention priorities.




- Support strategic initiatives working with partners across Sales & Account Management organization, including Learning & Development, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations & Marketing and other LSEG divisions.
- Contribute to the monthly Business Operating Team as the main interlock between SAM and the business/communities to align on priorities, resolve challenges and accelerate growth.
- Provide frontline teams with market and business domain expertise.
- Act as a key partner for the business on Voice of the Customers and ensure proactive communication across teams.

Role Responsibilities:
- Partner with the SAM organization to support sales & retention strategy through the end-to-end workflow solutions in FX.
- Become a focal point / center of excellence around product communication and knowledge sharing, via regular community calls and other relevant forums and sessions.
