Job Purpose
The intern will gain hands-on experience in corporate and digital communication by supporting the management of social media channels, creating engaging content, updating digital platforms, and utilizing professional tools. Throughout the internship, the candidate will develop practical skills in communication planning, campaign execution, performance reporting, and event organization. The role will also provide exposure to dedicated projects,



enabling the intern to strengthen their ability to engage with different audiences and contribute to brand communication initiatives across multiple channels.
Responsabilities
- Support the creation of content for internal and external communications, including newsletters, brochures, and presentations.
- Draft press releases and promotional materials.
- Plan and publish content across social media platforms and other corporate channels using Sprinklr.
- Monitor social media interactions and analyze performance through Sprinklr, preparing periodic reports to support communication activities.
- Support the development and management of social media campaigns, including targeting, scheduling, and performance analysis through Sprinklr.
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content, including photos, videos, and graphics for digital channels.
