You will partner with the business to deliver and govern Total Rewards by executing compensation and benefits processes, ensuring global alignment, and supporting leaders with insights, data, and expert guidance.
You act as a rewards partner for the sales market, ensuring alignment with global total rewards strategy and sales market operational relevance
• You lead the execution of rewards programs at sales market level, covering compensation, benefits, mobility and other specialist areas of global total rewards
• You support the implementation and communication of pay structures and compensation principles across the sales market
• You drive consistency and compliance with global policies, ensuring all local practices follow both global frameworks and legal requirements
• You partner with people leaders and business stakeholders to support organization‑specific reward strategies and decision‑making
• You provide expert advice and training to people teams and senior leaders on complex compensation and benefits topics
• You analyze internal and external market data to maintain competitive and equitable pay practices at the sales market
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of global rewards processes, tools, and data quality
You will collaborate closely with Finance and People functions to facilitate effective cost planning and accurate compensation data management, as well as with Global Total Rewards and the wider Rewards community. A university degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience
