Our client, a leading fit-out contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-specification projects across Europe, is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Adviso r to support the successful delivery of two major data centre projects in Milan
.Working for a specialist subcontractor, you will be responsible for driving health, safety, and environmental standards across both sites, ensuring compliance with company procedures, client requirements, and local regulations. leAs Health & Safety Advisor, you will work closely with project teams, site management, and client representatives to maintain the highest health and safety standards throughout the construction lifecycl

iesCarry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety observations across both project locatio
Conduct site inductions,



toolbox talks, and safety briefin
Support project teams in implementing safe systems of wo
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, producing detailed reports and corrective actio
Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentati
Track and close out safety observations and audit findin
Liaise with client representatives, contractors, and site stakeholders on all HSE matte

entsPrevious experience in a Health & Safety Advisor, HSE Advisor, or similar role within the construction indus
Strong knowledge of construction health and safety legislation and best pract
Experience working on large-scale construction proje
Relevant Health & Safety qualification such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NEBOSH General Certificat
