PhD degree At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Innovation and Innovative Practices in education and training for Cat.I experts; At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Innovation and Innovative Practices in education and training for Cat.II experts; At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Innovation and Innovative Practices in education and training for Cat.III experts; Very good command of English.
