Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and execute the company's corporate, government affairs, and communication strategy. You report to the Chief Legal Officer and work closely with cross‐functional managers. You will shape governance processes and ensure regulatory compliance across corporate bodies. This position offers the opportunity to impact governance, risk management, and strategic stakeholder engagement at scale. Retribuzione / Benefits Convene and manage corporate bodies (Board of Directors, shareholders' meetings, committees) Draft minutes, resolutions, and attestation reports Update bylaws and internal regulations (e.g., rules of procedure, related‐party policy) Manage delegations of authority and signing powers (powers of attorney, authority matrix) Maintain statutory books and corporate records (shareholders' register, minute books)



Support oversight bodies (Board of Statutory Auditors, Od V 231) Ensure Legislative Decree 231/2001 compliance (Model 231, risk governance, training) Oversee equity capital market transactions (capital increases, warrants, equity plans) Coordinate cross‐border reorganizations and apostilles/legalizations Map and design corporate governance processes (calendar, checklists) Coordinate with notaries, accountants, and external advisors Responsabilità Master's Degree in Law 3–5 years in Corporate Law Knowledge of Corporate Law and Legislative Decree 231/2001 Proficiency in English and Italian (B2/C1 #J-18808-Ljbffr
