Experteer Overview In this role you will support deploying ABB's Quality strategy across the Smart Power unit in Frosinone, ensuring quality culture, systems, and competencies. You'll work with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining sustainable operations. You will lead root-cause analysis, implement robust corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement to prevent issues and optimize processes. This position offers hands‐on quality leadership in a global, technology-driven environment with a clear impact on product quality and production resilience.
