Support the Project Manager in tracking activities and deliverables through to completion
Perform all follow-up work needed to ensure changes are completed as planned, goods are received, and payments are completed as scheduled
Generate resource utilisation reports, risks and issues reports, and status reports for stakeholders
Produce monthly portfolio, programme, or project performance reports through to lessons learned documentation
Conduct research on topics and issues that support assigned project work
Analyse and review past project documentation to inform current project activities
Collect and consolidate Customer Satisfaction Survey results
Research improvement activities that can have a positive effect on assigned project work
Demonstrated ability to support project managers in coordinating deliverables and tracking activities across multiple workstreams
