Experteer Overview In this role you drive effective procurement of goods, services and materials to meet technical requirements and program timelines. You will operate within the Procurement & Supply Chain team to coordinate purchases across product categories and IPT programs. You will translate technical and commercial needs into supplier selections, negotiate terms, and manage contracts. You will leverage automated purchasing tools and contract management to ensure on‐time, on‐budget delivery while contributing to a culture of inclusion and well‐being. This is an opportunity to shape procurement strategy within a global industrial group at the Cascina Costa site.
Retribuzione / Benefits Coordinate procurement processes for goods, services, components, and materials in line with strategies and operational plans
Operationally manage purchases (requisitions, orders) and program procurement within IPTs
Collect technical and commercial requirements to select suppliers
Create documents, manage supplier qualifications, and issue RFx notifications




Negotiate to maximize value from qualified suppliers and bid scenarios
Contribute to negotiation of price and terms and define procurement contracts
Automate purchase orders against existing contracts and blanket PO where applicable
Manage changes, renewals, and terminations of contracts
Receive requisitions and convert to purchase orders with complete information
Use technology to issue automatic orders, track PO status, and reconcile discrepancies
Issue purchase orders aligned with internal customer requirements
Responsabilità Bachelor in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or Management Engineering
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to manage supplier relationships
