Key Responsibilities Coordinate the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Monitor financial performance and provide insightful analysis against budget, forecast, and prior-year results. Oversee month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting. Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning across the group. Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic and operational decision-making. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, reporting standards,



and internal controls. Support relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other professional partners. Identify and implement improvements to financial processes, reporting, and controls. Deliver ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business growth and performance. About You We're keen to speak with finance professionals who can demonstrate: Proven experience as a Financial Controller - 3-5 years. Strong understanding of management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience working within multi-entity, group, or international environments. Knowledge of consolidation principles and intercompany transactions. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
