Experteer Overview As Maintenance Supervisor, you lead a technical team to ensure safe, reliable operation of manufacturing equipment. You will drive preventive maintenance programs, coordinate maintenance activities, and uphold safety and quality standards to maximize plant performance. You collaborate across functions to resolve uptime and equipment issues and steer continuous improvement. This role offers hands‐on leadership with planning, budgeting, and data‐driven optimization in a safety‐ and quality‐conscious environment.

Plan, schedule, and assign work based on priority and skill
Identify and resolve issues impacting productivity, equipment performance, safety, or quality
Develop and improve preventive maintenance plans, procedures, and checklists




Provide technical direction during breakdowns and emergencies
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for asset reliability and cost efficiency
Monitor budgets, evaluate repair estimates, and control maintenance spending
Manage spare parts inventory and supplier relations to ensure availability
Track maintenance activities, equipment performance, and KPIs for data‐driven improvements
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering (or related technical field) or a technical diploma with relevant maintenance experience
Minimum 3 years in maintenance or supervisory role in manufacturing/industrial environment
Proven experience leading or coordinating technical maintenance teams
Experience using CMMS or similar maintenance management tools
Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodologies
