Key Responsibilities Of The Role Oversee the installation of the Civils & Concrete scope of works ensuring all aspects are completed in line with expectations. Manage Site Safety in conjunction with the Mercury Project Operations Manager & EHS Lead, including setup, management, and closing out of the safety file. Manage Site QA in conjunction with the CSA Package Manager, including set-up, management and close‐out of the file. Understand and manage the Project Schedule with other trades and Package Leads. Oversee day‐to‐day on‐site operations for the CSA packages. Assist with management of all costs associated with the package,



including the Mercury CSA Team, sub‐contractors, material deliveries, plant and equipment, and variations. Track sub‐contractor activities against schedule and manpower levels; attend and contribute to weekly sub‐contractor meetings. Maintain the Mercury "In Progress" snagging system and return weekly punch lists where applicable. Issue direct labour hours and sub‐contractor hours to the time administrator for central tracking. Attend site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and hand‐over meetings as required. Close out all project items, including O&M; Manuals, Punch List, Safety File, QA File, with support from the CSA package manager. Implement a weekly look‐ahead, coordinating with other trades.
