As part of our ambitious growth, we are hiring a new Global Business Line Manager, for our Traction Products business line, part of our Motion Traction Division. This role is open globally, and preferred locations are set close to our main Traction locations in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Sweden, France, Poland.
This Position reports to:
President Traction Division
As Global Business Line Manager, Traction Products, you will hold end-to-end accountability for a uniquely positioned and strategically critical product portfolio spanning Traction Motors, Energy Storage Systems (ESS), Auxiliary Converters, and DC-DC Converters.
This is a pivotal enterprise leadership role with responsibility for shaping the future of the product business within the division, advancing commercial excellence, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth across global markets.
Reporting directly to the Division President, you will lead a geographically diverse organization and set the strategic direction for the end-to-end Traction Products business line across its four Product Lines: Traction Motors, Energy Storage Solutions (ESS), Auxiliary Converters, and Brightloop.
You will steer the full value chain, from the performance and direction of Product Line-owned factories
