As part of the Engineering team in Agordo, you will contribute to the development of metal products and components while driving digitalization initiatives, automation projects, and AI‑based solutions aimed at improving engineering efficiency and supporting the digital transformation of the organization. /ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and develop metal components and assemblies, ensuring technical feasibility and product quality.



/liliCreate and manage 3D CAD models and technical drawings. /liliCollaborate with Manufacturing and Industrialization teams throughout the product development process. /liliContribute to product improvement and engineering development projects. /liliDevelop and implement digital tools to enhance engineering efficiency and daily operations. /liliDrive process digitalization and automation initiatives within the Engineering function. /liliExplore, test, and promote AI‑based solutions applicable to engineering activities. /liliSupport digital transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives. /liliCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify innovative solutions and optimize workflows. /liliContribute to the evolution of engineering processes through digital technologies and innovation. /li /ulh3Main Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical disciplines. /liliKnowledge of 3D CAD software and mechanical design principles. /liliStrong interest in digitalization, automation, and Artificial Intelligence technologies. /liliGood command of English. /liliFormula SAE experience or participation in similar technical projects is considered a plus. /liliKnowledge of programming languages such as Python, VBA, Matlab, or similar is a plus. /liliCuriosity, creativity, and passion for innovation.
