ph3Scopo del ruolo /h3 pLa risorsa avrà un ruolo operativo e tecnico nella manutenzione e nel mantenimento dell’efficienza di attrezzature, strumenti e dispositivi utilizzati in ambito metalmeccanico industriale. Accanto all’attività pratica in campo, sarà responsabile del monitoraggio e aggiornamento delle attività di manutenzione preventiva e taratura, assicurando conformità normativa, tracciabilità e continuità operativa. /p h3Responsabilità principali – Operative /h3 ul liEseguire manutenzioni preventive e correttive su: /li /ul ul lichiavi dinamometriche e utensileria controllata, /li liattrezzature produttive e banchi/maschere/staffe, /li listrumenti di misura (calibri, micrometri, comparatori, strumenti manuali e relativi accessori). /li /ul ul liEffettuare controlli funzionali, ispezioni visive e verifiche di integrità/sicurezza, identificando anomalie e cause tecniche. /li liEseguire ripristini meccanici, sostituzione componenti usurati, regolazioni, serraggi controllati, piccoli interventi di revisione su attrezzature e utensili. /li liPreparare e mettere in sicurezza attrezzature/strumenti per invio a taratura/revisione e verificare il rientro conforme. /li liCollaborare con Produzione per ridurre fermi e indisponibilità: interventi rapidi, priorità, gestione urgenze. /li liDisponibilità alla reperibilità (secondo turnazione) /li /ul h3Responsabilità principali – Pianificazione e Gestione (CMMS) /h3 ul liGestire e mantenere aggiornato in CMMS: /li /ul ul lianagrafiche cespiti/asset, /li lipiani di manutenzione preventiva e taratura, /li liconsuntivi intervento e storico guasti, /li liscadenze e notifiche. /li /ul ul liPianificare le attività in modo da garantire disponibilità attrezzature e minimizzare impatti sulla produzione (slot, priorità, ricambi, risorse). /li liGestire la documentazione: report intervento, check-list, certificati di taratura, registri e tracciabilità audit. /li liCoordinare quando necessario fornitori esterni (tarature, verifiche, riparazioni specialistiche), assicurando: /li /ul ul lidefinizione attività e tempi, /li lipreparazione asset e documenti, /li lichiusura tecnica e documentale dell’intervento. /li /ul h3Requisiti (essenziali) /h3 ul liDiploma tecnico (meccanico/meccatronico/industriale) o esperienza equivalente. /li liEsperienza concreta e operativa come manutentore/meccanico d’officina in contesti industriali (preferibilmente metalmeccanico). /li liConoscenze di base di metrologia e gestione strumenti di misura: /li /ul ul liuso corretto, conservazione, identificazione non conformità/urti/usura, /li ligestione tarature/verifiche periodiche. /li /ul ul liCapacità di lettura di manuali, schede tecniche, procedure operative. /li liBuona manualità, precisione,
ordine e attenzione ai dettagli. /li /ul h3Competenze aggiuntive (preferibili) /h3 ul liUso abituale di CMMS (già presente in azienda): apertura/chiusura ordini, piani, scadenze, anagrafiche, report. /li liGestione ricambi/consumabili per attrezzature e piccole dotazioni di manutenzione. /li liConoscenza pratica di logiche di pianificazione: priorità, criticità, rischi, impatto su produzione. /li /ul h3Soft skills /h3 ul liMentalità “problem solving sul campo”: identificare causa → intervenire → ripristinare → prevenire ricorrenze. /li liAffidabilità e senso di responsabilità su scadenze e conformità. /li liBuone capacità relazionali con Produzione, Qualità e fornitori. /li liAutonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare in team. /li /ul pAt Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities.
