We are looking for a Data Management Intern to join our team in Offanengo. During the internship, the focus will primarily be on AI and Power BI projects. The intern will support the development of dashboards, AI solutions and intelligent agents that bring tangible value to the business, while also gaining exposure to broader data management activities such as data governance, ETL and data architecture.

Responsibilities

Analytics & Insights

- Support the collection of business requirements and contribute to translating them into data and BI solutions
- Contribute to the development of Power BI dashboards and KPI monitoring tools
- Support the development of analytical models and data-driven insights for business processes and decision-making

AI Solutions & Process Automation

- Contribute to the development of AI solutions and intelligent agents aligned with business needs
- Support the scouting and testing of AI tools and technologies
- Help identify opportunities to improve internal processes through automation and data solutions
- Data Governance & Quality
- Support data quality checks and contribute to resolving inconsistencies with data owners
- Contribute to the maintenance of data standards, documentation and data-related guidelines




- Support data organization and standardization activities to improve data usability across the company

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (recently obtained or close to completion) in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Python and libraries such as pandas for data analysis and automation
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools, with a strong interest in developing expertise in this area
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Interest in Generative AI (LLMs) and Agentic AI; previous exposure through academic projects, personal initiatives or internships is considered a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality or ETL concepts is considered a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in cross-functional teams
- Curiosity, proactivity and willingness to learn, especially in the AI field
- Fluency in English is essential, good knowledge of Italian is required

Preferred Skills

- Previous exposure through academic projects, personal initiatives or internships in AI
