As a Client Director at ServiceNow you will lead strategic relationships with the company's largest accounts, guiding cross‐functional teams to deliver AI‐enabled solutions aligned with client outcomes. You will drive multi‐million‐dollar opportunities, overseeing renewals, licenses, and services while shaping global account strategies. You'll collaborate with executive stakeholders and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and impactful business results. This role blends strategic leadership with hands‐on execution in a fast‐growing cloud software environment.

- Serve as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow, providing strategic leadership
- Coordinate with Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services to tailor ServiceNow solutions
- Oversee growth of global accounts and deploy worldwide resources




- Build trust across client organizations from project/IT teams to CxO level
- Develop roadmaps and capabilities to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Hit financial targets for assigned clients, including Licenses, Renewals and Professional Services

Responsabilità

- 10+ years of client management with revenue alignment experience
- 5+ years as a Client Director or equivalent with multi‐million‐dollar sales and executive relationship management
- Experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service or IT Operations Management (software/IT sales)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Experience leading virtual or matrixed teams
- Understanding of broad, macro‐level IT needs for prospective clients
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
