You will drive learner experience, measurement, and global collaboration to scale impact across a multinational organization. /p ul liLead development of best-in-class commercial learning solutions aligned with MS needs and future capabilities /li liOversee end-to-end learning design including leadership development ecosystems /li liDefine learning objectives and KPIs; drive improvement using analytics and feedback (NPS) /li liEnsure engaging learner experiences via digital learning platforms and content integration /li liPromote AI across learning development and explore new learning technologies /li liManage learning campaigns, promotions,
