pWe are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on insurance-sector knowledge to join an international software environment supporting insurance clients across multiple countries. /ppThis is not a purely technical, PMO or test-management role. The successful candidate will have practical experience analysing insurance processes, working directly with clients and supporting the full delivery lifecycle from requirement discovery through solution definition, development support, testing and production release. /ppThe role /ppYou will act as the link between insurance clients and software-development teams, taking ownership of the functional analysis process. /ppYou will: /pulliLead client workshops to understand, challenge and document business requirements. /liliAnalyse current insurance processes and define clear target solutions. /liliTranslate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and acceptance criteria. /liliWork closely with developers and technical teams to assess solution feasibility. /liliSupport backlog refinement, development, testing, defect resolution and release readiness. /liliValidate that the delivered solution meets the original business requirement. /liliProduce clear functional documentation and maintain traceability throughout the project. /liliParticipate directly in meetings with international clients in English. /liliSupport end-to-end insurance processes across policy administration and servicing.



/liliAt least three years' experience as a Business Analyst within insurance software or insurance IT. /liliPractical knowledge of at least one insurance business area, such as: /liliLife insurance; /lilipensions; /lilicreditor insurance; /liliproperty and casualty; /lilipolicy administration; /liliclaims; /lilipolicy servicing and post-sales processes. /liliDirect experience of the end-to-end policy lifecycle, not only controls, testing, releases or isolated system changes. /liliStrong requirements-gathering and functional-analysis experience, including direct interaction with insurance clients. /liliAbility to explain the complete delivery process from initial requirement through production release. /liliExperience writing functional specifications, user stories, process flows and acceptance criteria. /liliRegular use of Jira or Azure DevOps for backlog and requirement management. /liliWorking knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation. /liliProfessional fluency in English and Italian, including experience leading or actively participating in client meetings in English. /li /ulpStrong advantage /pulliExperience with insurance policy-administration platforms. /liliKnowledge of PASS or comparable insurance core systems. /liliExperience across both front-end and back-end insurance processes. /liliExposure to international insurance clients and multi-country delivery teams. /li /ulpBusiness Analyst - Insurance Software • Lombardia, Lombardia, Italy /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
