Our Company's strength lies in the breadth of our iconic brand portfolio, the diversity and passion of our 300,000 people, and our deep roots in the communities in which we operate. /p h3JOB DESCRIPTION /h3 pWe are looking for an Electrical Thermal Incident (ETI) Project Responsible, who will plan, perform and execute ETI assessment on new vehicles, new top hat, new engine, MCA and serial life modifications, ensuring the process is applied according to the standard process to meet milestone expectations. The ETI assessment is the evaluation of the risk of a thermal incident for all electric and electronic components, the wiring harness and their installation in the vehicle. /p h3MAIN ACTIVITIES /h3 h3Design Phase /h3 ul liEnsure ETI validation on electrical and electronic components in cooperation with dedicated people in the team. /li liSupport digital analysis on wiring harness routing to ensure best practices are applied and ETI risk eliminated in cooperation with Packaging/CCP/wiring harness DRE /li liEscalate blocking point to align with the expectations /li liPrepare and release ETI assessment report for each milestone of the process /li liExecute ETI physical check in the production plant to confirm digital analysis (GEMBA WALKS) /li liContribute to Safety assessment for any deviation observed /li liEscalate blocking point to align with the expectations /li liPrepare and release ETI assessment report for each milestone of the process /li /ul h3Serial Life /h3 ul liSupport plant PQE (Plant Quality Engineering) and RQDV (Routings Quality Design Validation - former CCP)



in the proper risk assessment of serial life issues /li liParticipate to recurrent GEMBA WALK in the assigned plants /li liContribute to the improvement of ETI assessment process and design standard through lesson learned process. /li liSupport in ETI Field and ETI Laboratory analysis /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 pQUALIFICATION: University Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Automotive Engineering or Electrical/Electronics High School Diploma /p h3SOFT SKILLS: /h3 ul liFluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of French is considered a strong plus /li liCritical/analytic thinking /li liCross functional/international team interactions /li liProject/priority management /li liProblem solving /li liProactivity, Target driven, self-motivated, self-confidence and open minded /li /ul h3TECHINCAL SKILLS /h3 ul li3-5 years of experience in Automotive Industry /li liBEV-HEV systems /li liAutomotive Manufacturing process basics /li liAvailability for short trips in Italy and Europe /li /ul pDedicated training will cover ETI specific knowledge. /p h3Offer /h3 ul liSalary range: from 38.000€ to 44.000€, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
