We are aiming to drive the development of the digital economy, and together with customers and partners, to create a better life for all to enjoy. p Purpose of the Role: As a Channel Sales Manager, your will be responsible to drive the end-to-end revenue growth process with H3C Channel Partners, by cross and up selling, programs execution and adoption, success in promoting sales opportunities and strengthen the Partnership relationship. /pp Responsibilities: /pulli Develop new and manage existing channel partners who are willing to sell the products and solutions by the instruction from headquarter. /lili Promote the Company branding with distributor and partners together. /lili Identify, recruit and on-board new channel partners to build business. /lili Coordinate with partners to identify new business opportunities for revenue generation. /lili Provide proposals, quotations, and pricings to partners. /lili Develop profitable business model based on market trends and competitor activity. /lili Implement sales programs for product positioning and promotions.



/lili Conduct business review with partners and recommend improvements. /lili Fulfil and act on verbal and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of immediate supervisors, other competent officials and authorized representatives of the Employer, should business needs so require, and, therefore, are deemed to be production assignments. /li /ulp Qualification: /pulli Possess at least a Bachelor's degree in any field. /lili At least 8 years' above experience in a distribution and channel management role in ICT related industry /lili Demonstrated strong passion in sales and a good track record of achieving sales target in a channel environment. /lili Possess strong passion in Technology industry, particularly in Servers, Networks, and Generative AI Technologies. /lili Experience in marketing and sales program will be an added advantage. /lili Effective communicator and possess good interpersonal competencies. /lili Working proficiency in English and Italian, willing to travel /li /ul /p
