The position requires a solid understanding of Customer Journey principles and Sales and Service Processes, with the objective of improving Customer Experience (CE) performance across the network. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPrepare standard and ad-hoc reports and analyses related to Customer Experience (CE) metrics /li liDraft and manage official communications to the sales and service network /li liCreate and deliver PowerPoint presentations on CE-related topics /li liSupport the CE department in the analysis and design of incentive schemes /li liDesign, manage, and deliver virtual coaching sessions (webinars)
