The division is globally recognized for its expertise in emergency lighting, fire detection, alarm, notification, and mass notification systems—enabling safe evacuation and supporting regulatory compliance across demanding commercial and institutional environments. /p pTo support our continued growth, we are seeking a Specification Engineer – Emergency Lighting Key Accounts for the Lombardy and Northern Italy region. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liSecure early-stage visibility of projects and proactively influence planning to embed Eaton solutions into specifications /li liIdentify, track, and manage projects where Eaton is not yet specified, ensuring accurate capture in Salesforce /li liShare project intelligence across internal stakeholders to enable effective collaboration with Project Sales Engineers, agents, back-office teams, and other departments /li liPrioritise high-impact opportunities using a growth mindset and data-driven decision-making to accelerate project conversion /li liMobilise Eaton’s internal capabilities with agility to drive rapid progression across the project pipeline /li liExpand the application of Eaton’s Solution Spaces, ensuring alignment with customer needs and long-term business objectives /li liManage the role across Northern Italy, with a particular focus on the Lombardy region /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProfessional technician with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
