ppRINA is currently recruiting for a bCalabria, Puglia, Basilicata Sicily Certification Lead Auditor /b to join its office in bTaranto /b within the bMediterranean Africa Certification /b Division. /p h3Mission /h3 pThe role focuses on planning, conducting, and managing audits within our certification business related to the different certification schemes. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liAudit Program Management: Prepare, manage, and control the audit program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards. /li liDocument Review: Check customer management system documents, including manuals, procedures, instructions, files, and records, to verify compliance and accuracy. /li liAudit Planning: Plan audits and coordination with relevant stakeholders. /li liAudit Participation: Participate in and lead audits, conducting interviews, note-taking, and assessing the implementation of management systems. /li liAudit Result Definition: Identify and define audit results (Positive and negative findings as non conformities, opportunity of improvement). /li liReport Generation: Draw up comprehensive audit reports detailing findings and recommendations for certification decisions. /li liFollow-Up Management: Manage the follow-up process, including tracking non-conformities and corrective actions, ensuring resolution and compliance. /li liTechnical Review: Conduct technical reviews of audit files and propose certification decisions based on thorough analysis. /li liSkill Maintenance: Keep skills, qualifications, and certifications up to date by staying informed about industry standards and best practices. /li liResource Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of resources involved in the certification process, providing guidance and support as needed. /li liData Management:
Maintain updated records of customer data and other information relevant to the audit process. /li liCustomer Engagement: Manage technical meetings with customers, fostering positive relationships and addressing any technical concerns. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Business Administration Finance Management /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul li4+ years of experience in auditing, specifically within management systems or industry standards (ISO, etc.). /li liStrong understanding of audit planning, execution, and reporting processes. /li liProven ability to lead and manage audit programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry requirements. /li liExpertise in conducting document reviews, identifying non-conformities, and providing actionable recommendations. /li liSkilled in technical reviews and defining audit results, including corrective actions. /li liExcellent communication skills for conducting interviews, reporting findings, and engaging with customers. /li liIn-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and continuous improvement methodologies. /li liStrong ability to monitor resource performance and ensure compliance with audit requirements. /li liUp-to-date qualifications and certifications, including Lead Auditor certification (ISO, etc.). /li /ul h3Competencies /h3 ul liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently.
