Will also ensure that the regular running and the required post launch operations can work according to the standards defined by the level of service expected by internal as well external customers and users. Will collect inputs from all stakeholders and transform them in requirements for the developers. From a technical standpoint, will act as a point of reference and owner for cloud related topics. /p h3Key Duties And Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate Cloud Connectivity Platform Development by clarifying and defining software requirements from customer needs, instrument manufacturer, service, marketing, business and assay RD. /li liOversee the Design and development of software platform for diagnostics instrumentation data collection and analysis. /li liCoordinate development work among third party developers and external service providers. /li liDefine, review and update software specifications and design details derived from user requirements. /li liDefine technical documentation needs related to the cloud platform under development or maintenance. /li liContribute actively to troubleshoot software. /li liInvestigate on anomalous and/or uncommon situations. /li liEdit, review and manage software verification/validation/unit test plans and protocols.
/li liInteract with the Instrument Software development areas within the Team in order to investigate the feasibility of proposed implementations and solutions. /li liInteract with other Company functions, in order to provide team’s expertise and support to problem solving. /li liEnsure compliance with the Quality Management System, the Company Policies and the Corporate Procedures. /li liResponsible for performing assigned tasks in accordance with applicable safety regulations and instructions, as well as correcting unsafe work habits and practices and/or bringing to the attention of the supervisor any practice or condition that may be detrimental to the safety and health of the employees. /li liPerform other duties as assigned. /li liCoordinate internal and virtual (contractors) team of developers /li /ul h3Education, Experience, And Qualifications /h3 pbEducation / Specialization: /bbr/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering of Computing Systems /p h3Experience /h3 ul li5-10 year experience in software programming is a plus /li liPrevious experience in IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) and/or highly regulated FDA environments and biotechnology industry experience is highly appreciated /li /ul h3Technical Competencies /h3 ul liApplied knowledge of computing systems and software structure. /li liKnowledge of Cloud Platform is desired (Azure, AWS, Google) /li liKnowledge of SQL based database is desirable /li liKnowledge of Cybersecurity principles for secure coding approach are desirable /li liUnderstanding of computing systems, software architecture, data structures and algorithms /li liExperience in Agile/SCRUM enterprise-scale software development /li liKnowledge of embedded systems (Linux OS, ARM processor, PIC components and custom ICs) is desirable /li liKnowledge of Polymerase Chain Reaction and/or molecular biology principles is desirable /liliSeasoned experience using Microsoft Office package. /li liTest software applications and systems /li liCreate specifications documentation, manuals and detailed sets of instructions /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liAccuracy, comprehension of technical issues /li liHigh problem-solving and decision-making capability /li liEffective analytical skills /li liInterdisciplinary thought and quality awareness /li liWell organized, ability to work well independently as well as part of a team /li liHigh commitment and willingness to learn /li liPositive,
